Here’s a shocker: only 83% of digital marketers report using website analytics!
That’s according to a survey done by Adobe of 1,800 “digital marketers across North America, Europe, and Asia with a focus on business-to-consumer and business- to-business commerce”. Now, either they don’t understand what website analytics refers to or they are flying completely blind when it comes to measuring how people are using their website. (They are aware that Google Analytics is free up to 10 million visitors a month, right?) Bonkers. Good to see that at least almost 1/3rd are employing Testing as a tactic.
